Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days (168 hours) before the tour. Optional trip protection costs 15% of the booking fee and allows cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days or no-shows are non-refundable.
The tour visits areas known for abundant and diverse shells, but shelling is a natural activity influenced by tides and weather; specific finds cannot be guaranteed.
Captains monitor conditions in real time. Rain alone is not usually a cancellation; lightning will result in delay, reschedule, or cancellation. High winds may require route adjustments or cancellation. If we must cancel, we will reschedule or issue a full refund; specific weather protocols apply.
