We are blessed to be able to provide your boating experience on the Finn-Esse. Our brand new 2018 bay boat is shallow drafting to be able to reach places where other larger boats cannot which will help you find more shells! It is equipped with a bathroom for your convenience and can accommodate up to 10 passengers but we prefer to keep our guests to a limit of 6 along with your Captain and a First Mate. We have also installed SeaDek on the surfaces of the boat which is a durable and shock absorbent material which will help with traction and keep our guests safer moving around as well as protecting those precious shells if they are dropped or the occasional cell phone! There is ample storage for your shelling equipment and small coolers/food. We will provide refreshments/ice and light snacks and you are welcome to them at your discretion. We also have on board several lightweight rain ponchos for your use should we experience the occasional rain shower.

We launch from Goodland Boating Ramp at 750 Palm Point Dr., Goodland, FL 34140.

  • My friends and I live 2 hours north of Goodland and have been following the Instagram account of this tour company for quite sometime. We kept mentioning how much we would love to go and finally booked our trip to celebrate my 50th birthday this week. We received a detailed message from Tammy addressing us all by our first names explaining everything about the tour, what to expect, bring etc. We arrived early to a beautiful boat ramp/park in Goodland and were warmly welcomed by First Mate Michelle. The boat was beautiful, Captain Tammy was awesome and knowledgeable and the entire experience was one I’ll remember forever. My friends and I enjoyed every moment that we had shelling on Kice Island, Michelle made sure we had enough water and was even kind enough to carry our heavy shell bags back to the boat so we could continue shelling. They also provided a wonderful snack at exactly the right time (almost like they’ve done this a few times, lol) After our shelling experience we cruised over to check out the dome house at Cape Romano and have wonderful pictures and memories of our day thanks to Dawn from Shell Key Photography being on the same tour. It really was the perfect way to spend the last day of my 40’s and we can’t wait to go shelling with Captain Tammy @treasureseekersshelltours again.

  • ABSOLUTELY…THE BEST – This was my third paid shelling trip to the 10,000 islands. HANDS DOWN..THE BEST!!! Captain Tammy was a total joy. First mate Gary could not do enough for us. I have never found that many shells!!!!! SERIOUSLY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE OTHERS….TAMMY IS THE BEST. I realize that I sound over zealous, however, I have comparisons with other paid shelling trips…and this company is the best. You will NOT be disappointed.

  • Shelling Adventure – Our family went on our first shelling adventure over Spring Break. It far exceeded our expectations! My 3 young boys (ages 4,7 and 10) had a great time exploring the beaches. Captain Tammy was very engaging with our entire family and educating us on the “cool” shells we were finding. As novices, we knew very little and so appreciated the time she spent with us. The boat was immaculate, and she even provided refreshments. We couldn’t have asked for a better adventure to kick off our spring break!

  • I have taken my family out with Captain Tammy in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and small inlets for finding special treasures. She practices safety at all times and is always watching for changes in the weather or any sign that something is brewing. Captain Tammy is an expert sheller and full of fun facts! That topped with getting dolphins to chase us every time is always a highlight! Can’t wait to take our family in January.

  • We absolutely had a fabulous day out on the water with Captain Tammy! We collected so many shells, saw dolphins, a stingray jumping trough the water, and my girls loved exploring the fun spots we went to to find our treasures! Amazing is an understatement! You won’t be disappointed!
